Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of administrative duties and tasks related to HRIS, onboarding, orientation, benefits administration, and HR projects. The work involves professionally handling highly confidential information and maintaining a customer-focused orientation.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferred, or
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years experience in a relevant field to be assessed by the AVP – Human Resources or
Associate degree with a minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field to be assessed by the AVP – Human Resources or
A minimum of six years experience in a relevant field to be assessed by the AVP – Human Resources.
Relevant HR certification strongly preferred.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, or ability to learn.
Well-developed verbal and written communications skills.
