Sourcing Manager

Location: Syracuse, NY or Charlotte, NC (hybrid role, 1-2 days per week in office) Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 + 15% short-term incentive Responsibilities: Lead third-party spend initiatives, optimizing value through strong relationships and data-driven insights.

Drive project management discipline, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to influence business outcomes.

Analyze contracts and data to identify opportunities for spend optimization.

Represent Procurement department with executive leaders, maintaining effective working relationships across the organization.

Required Skills: Expertise in negotiation, contracting, and procurement.

Strong project management skills with a focus on business value and outcomes.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to analyze data and drive timely results.

Comfortable interfacing with executives and adapting to change.

Minimum 8 years of experience in a large financial services organization.

Bachelor's degree required.
