Responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing and entering contracts sold by the Sales team.
Will also ensure back-up for License File changes/transfers and Contract cancellations, as well as order entry and process improvement.
* Review contracts set by Sales for accuracy and validity.
* Review paperwork for complete quote package and readiness.
* Check for discounts and proper approvals for sales orders.
* Processes Sales Orders in CRM according to the received purchase agreements.
* Generate sales orders in SAP and validate accuracy.
* Set appropriate shipping and billing blocks depending on order type and funding.
* Scan and attach documents to order in Clientele CRM.
* Manually create contacts for the Sales team.
* Review contracts created automatically with reference to sales orders for validity.
* Relay new customer information to customer master data team for set up.
* Conducts monthly billing analysis process, to identify failed billings and payment, their root causes and address those root causes by working together with IT and other internal teams.
* Designs and generates daily/weekly/monthly report on revenue and business relevant indicators.
* Processes contract cancellations as required, based on e-mails and CRM assignments; * Processes License File Changes, License File Transfers and Hardware Transfers for customers, based on CRM and e-mail assignments.
* Contributes in process improvement by tracking failure/potential failure points and support the implementation of changes.
* In-depth knowledge of related procedures and processes Required Skills: * 2-3 years of experience in contract management.
* Good understanding of technical objects, processes and products, for both Software and Hardware lines.
* Excellent knowledge of related SAP transactions and processes, MS Office, Customer Payment Portal and Clientele * Ability to deal with external and internal customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
* Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, high-stress environment, easily adapting to changing priorities.
* Ability to work overtime at end of quarters.
* Must have a professional demeanor and good people skills along with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements: * High School graduation required.
Desired Skills: * SAP experience.
* Strong background in reviewing and preparing contracts.
* Order processing experience.
