MLOps Practice Leader - Cloud Platform

Job Title : MLOPS Practice Leader Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic MLOPs Practice Leader to join our growing Analytics and Consulting firm.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our MLOPs practice, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless integration of machine learning models into our clients' business operations.

The MLOPS Practice Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our firm's analytical capabilities, working closely with clients, and building a high-performing team of MLOPS professionals.

Key Responsibilities : Practice Leadership : - Develop and execute a strategic vision for the MLOPS practice, aligning it with the overall goals of the firm.

- Define and implement best practices for MLOPS, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability in deploying machine learning models.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in MLOPS to keep the practice at the forefront of innovation.

Team Building and Management : - Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of MLOPs professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

- Provide guidance and support to team members in solving complex technical challenges related to deploying and managing machine learning models.

Client Engagement : - Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging MLOPS to enhance analytical capabilities.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on MLOPs strategies and solutions that align with their business goals.

Thought Leadership : - Contribute to the broader industry dialogue on MLOPs through publications, conference presentations, and participation in relevant forums.

- Establish the firm as a thought leader in MLOPS by showcasing innovative solutions, case studies, and success stories.

Hands-On Technical Leadership : - Lead by example and contribute hands-on expertise to the implementation of MLOPS solutions, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and integration of machine learning models.

Qualifications : - Proven experience (15 years) in a leadership role within MLOPs, with a track record of successfully building and leading high-performing teams.

- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, model deployment, and operationalization best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on understanding and addressing clients' business challenges through MLOPS solutions.

- Expertise in relevant technologies and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Education : Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
