About the Role : We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile team.
You will play a pivotal role in coaching and guiding our development teams to achieve optimal performance through the Scrum framework.
With 12 years of experience, you will champion Agile principles, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.
Responsibilities : - Coach and mentor development teams on the Scrum framework, principles, and best practices.
- Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and streamline workflow.
- Champion Agile values and principles within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage the Scrum backlog, prioritize user stories, and maintain a clear product vision.
- Track team performance metrics and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth integration between development and operations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile trends and methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior Scrum Masters.
Experience and Qualifications : - 12 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and coaching cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, values, and ceremonies.
- Extensive experience in facilitating effective meetings and workshops.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and build trust with team members at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or CSP are a plus.
