BNC Global Services - Clarity/PPM Consultant - ITIL Frameworks

Role : Clarity PPM - Consultant 1.

Assist team with Clarity system management Work closely with the Stakeholders to understand their requirement from the Clarity tool 2.

Work closely with Clarity vendors team and lead Service Management track 3.

Responsible for building/Leading a team of IM/PM, technical specialist, and Clarity support organization.

Responsible for operation, maintenance, compliance of Clarity system 5.

Drive System Advisory Board/Change Advisory Board/user forums.

6.

Contribute to supporting organization's IT Strategy 7.

Responsible for managing Clarity in compliance with SARBOX guidelines.

8.

Delivering Clarity services to Product Supply organization 9.

Responsible to develop IT System Strategy with a strong focus on the future of the platform in the organization.

10.

Manage the IT Security, audits and compliance levels as per Client norms.

Desired Candidate Profile : 1.

5 years of experience into IT industry or equivalent 2.

5 years of experience into pharmaceutical industry 3.

Hands on Experience on Clarity Tool, ITIL 4.

Proficiency on Oracle PL/SQL with Clarity Data Model 5.

Good Experience in XOG functionality of Clarity.

6.

Ability to integrate clarity with other Applications using API.

7.

Ability to support team on incidents related to Clarity and customizations.

8.

Exceptional communication skills 9.

Admirable presentation skills 10.

ITIL foundation or intermediate level certification (ref:hirist.tech)
