Technical Qualifications: Certified from Microsoft - MCSA Experience : - Proven work experience of 5-6 years as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role - Excelllent Skills to Handle the Active Directory, Domain environment, Managing Users & Computers, Security Groups / GPOs, Batch files etc - Hands-on experience with Client OS & Servers / DC / Hypervision / VMs / SCCM / Securities / office 365, PowerShell etc - Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers / Swicthes / LAN & Wan troubleshootings etc - The area of responsibility includes the support and maintenance of existing components.

- In addition, secure movement in the (Azure) Active Directory environment (creating users, working with security groups, creating email mailboxes) is necessary and required.

- A high degree of communication skills as well as logical thinking and working to achieve the greatest possible user satisfaction is expected.

- The area of responsibility also includes problem solving around Windows and Office installations, creating and releasing SCCM packages, support with Sharepoint questions as well as the creation of documentation and development of emergency plans.

- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with IT department guidelines Since most of the users to be supported are working in non-German-speaking countries, English was defined as the corporate language.

- It is therefore essential to be proficient in written and spoken English.

- Inquiries by e-mail (ticket) and telephone should be processed and completed reliably and independently.

- Larger projects should be carried out in teamwork.
