Senior Backend Engineer - Node.js/Python

Hiring Criteria : - Strong Backend Engineer profile - Mandatory (Experience) - Must Have Min 3 - 7 YOE in any Backend skill ( Python / Java / NodeJs / Ruby on Rails / Go, etc ) Mandatory (Skills) - Must have a Minimum 2 YOE of in AWS or Azure or GCP Mandatory (Company) - Top B2B SaaS Product Companies like (Observe.AI, Whatfix, Rippling, MoEngage, Locus, CleverTap, Clari, Freshworks, Razorpay, LeadSquared, Mindtickle, ClearTax, Atlan, BrowserStack, LambdaTest, builder.io, Chargebee, HighRadius, Saas Labs, yellow.ai, Zoho, Hevo Data) Mandatory (Education) - BE / B.Tech in Computer Science from tier1 colleges.

Mandatory (Education) - Graduation between 2017 - 2021 Role & Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust backend services, APIs, and databases.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (frontend engineers, product managers, and designers) to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the backend engineering team.

- Lead and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Contribute to the evolution and optimization of the overall system architecture.

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed and efficiency.

- Investigate and resolve backend issues ensuring stability, security, and reliability of our systems Contribute to product implementations and support by working closely with implementations and customer success PoCs.

Ideal Candidate - Bachelor s or higher degree in Computer Science.

- Proven experience as a senior backend engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup environment Proficient in Python for backend development.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.

- Experience in leading and mentoring mission driven product engineering teams.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

- Familiarity with jango will be a plus.

- Experience in building enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products will be a plus.
