Candidates who are based out of Delhi NCR will be preferred Must Have Skills : ASP.NET MVC & MSSQL (Minimum Experience of 3-5 Years with ASP.NET MVC and Adio.net) Work from Office Project Role Description : Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

This role requires a proactive developer capable of creating efficient and scalable software solutions.

Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : - Design, code, test, and manage various applications.

- Collaborate with the team and product team to establish best products.

- Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems.

- Independently deliver applications while understanding and integrating business processes.

Technical Experience : - Strong knowledge of ASP.NET for data access - Proficient in Web API, JSON, CSS, HTML, Jquery.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Functions, Tables, and Cursors.

- Experience in Typescript, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

- Previous experience with HRMS solutions is preferable, indicating familiarity with human resources Attributes : - Take responsibility for offshore development support for clients' IT and business conduct requirements.

- Engage in requirements clarification, technical design/development, and defect/issue triage activities for the project.

- Support business testing and/or UAT, including the resolution of identified defects.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as a strong individual : - Design, code, test, and manage various applications.

- Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish the best products.

- Adhere to outlined standards of quality related to code and systems.

- Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning.
