Oracle Taleo Consultant - Configuration & Support

About the Role : In this role, you will play a key role in configuring and maintaining our Taleo Enterprise application tracking system (ATS) to support our evolving recruitment needs.

You will leverage your expertise in Taleo to analyze business requirements, suggest configuration options, implement changes, and ensure seamless integration with existing workflows.

Responsibilities : - Analyze changes to recruitment processes and existing Taleo configurations - Identify and recommend optimal configuration options to support new business requirements - Implement Taleo configurations to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve user experience - Work closely with stakeholders (recruiters, hiring managers, HR) to understand needs and ensure configurations align with business objectives - Perform system testing to ensure new configurations function properly - Collaborate with the team to maintain the Taleo system, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for further optimization - Participate in projects to enhance Taleo functionalities and optimize recruitment processes - Stay up-to-date on the latest Taleo features and best practices Requirements : - 5 to 9 years of experience as an Oracle Taleo Consultant or a related role - Proven expertise in Taleo Enterprise configuration and administration - In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and best practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with various stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Experience with report building and data analysis tools (a plus) (ref:hirist.tech)
