Performance Tester - JMeter/LoadRunner/Neoload

F2F/Virtual - Saturday 13th Apr 2024 Primary Skills: Performance Testing, Neoload, LoadRunner, (Dynatrace/App Dynamics/splunk) - Undertaking and enabling performance testing activities throughout the SDLC - Experience in performance testing using Neoload, LoadRunner - Knowledge of working with Oracle EBS protocol suite using LoadRunner or NeoLoad - Experience in performance triaging and good knowledge of APM tools like dynatrace, AppDynamics, splunk etc - Experience in performance testing of Web/Web Services/Messaging based applications - Experience in batch performance testing - Experience working with mobile performance, cloud performance testing - Hands on knowledge with monitoring, visualization and reporting tools like Grafana, ELK, Prometheus - Flexibility on working hours as per business needs - Build performance workload model and test scenarios for testing activities - Creation of performance testing strategy, frameworks, script development standards, test plans and test completion reports.

- Conduct Performance Test execution, analysis of results and providing feedback on performance issues to development team and stakeholders - Create performance test report summarizing performance tests conducted, status of tests, NFR status, performance issues and stack monitoring metrics - Pro-actively sharing and reporting risks, issues, challenges, blockers and forthcoming tasks to the Scrum Master or Quality Manager.

- Accountable to ensure the defects are detected and reported to be prioritised (based on impact) with the Product Owners.

- Reviews all key collateral and metrics relating to delivery and ensures it is of sufficient quality and with no gaps or duplication, whilst also ensuring all recorded quality and testing measures delivered against agreed scope.
