Data Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

As a Data Analyst at UNFYD, you will lead efforts to analyze data, extract insights, and drive strategic decision-making to propel our business forward.

With 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, you will leverage your expertise to uncover valuable insights from complex datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities : Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategy and decision-making.

Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that visualize key performance metrics and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Data Visualization: Utilize advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create dynamic visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

Predictive Analytics: Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to build predictive models that optimize business processes and drive strategic initiatives.

Data Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational data assets.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and finance to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

Advanced degree preferred.

- 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business impact.

- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.

- Experience with advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
