Adobe RoboHelp Developer - ITIL Frameworks

About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Adobe RoboHelp Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and implementation of online help systems using Adobe RoboHelp.

You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of RoboHelp, web development technologies, and technical communication principles to create high-quality, user-centric documentation that effectively supports our users.

Responsibilities : Technical Expertise : - Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience developing online help systems using Adobe RoboHelp.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of RoboHelp features and functionalities for creating single-source, multi-channel content.

- Possess solid programming skills in ASP.

- Net/C#, SQL, and scripting languages like JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery). - Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles and potentially WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) is a plus.

Version Control and Collaboration: - Proficient in using version control systems like Team Foundation Server (TFS) or similar DevOps tools for code management and collaboration.

IT Service Management : - Possess an ITIL V3 Foundation certificate or a strong understanding of IT service management best practices.

Communication and Documentation : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, technical writers, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation in various formats.

Additional Skills : - Experience with content management systems (CMS) for online help delivery is a plus.

- Experience with user interface (UI) design principles and best practices is a plus.
