IT Engineer - Technical Support

Providing primary support by dealing with user requests and responding to their day-to-day problems.

- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

- Monitors network utilization and performance.

- Implementing procedures and tools for network optimization, reliability, and availability.

- Continuous improvement of support procedures, tools, and runtime environment.

- Developing security measures to protect computer networks from unauthorized access, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and antivirus software.

- Liaising with vendors & procurement of IT products.

- Support Windows Server environment - Infrastructure Project Management as well as time management will be key to this role - Having full responsibility for asset management over software & manual database.

- Forecasting the IT infrastructure requirement as required for the development.

- Firewall implementation and configuration will be added advantages.

- Excellent IT analytical/troubleshooting skills are essential.

- Must have Knowledge of configuration CISCO switches and routers.

- Experience in handling multiple displays within a single PC with the configuration of a Graphic card.

- Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems - VOIP & IPABX configuration - WI-FI AP Managing over controller base interphase.
