Atlassian Support Consultant - DB/Linux Server

Role : Atlassian Support Consultant.

Experience : 4 to 6 Years.

Location : Chennai/Bangalore.

Notice Period : 30 days to 45 Days.

Skills : - Proven experience providing support for Confluence Datacenter and Jira Cloud in enterprise environments (PostgreSQL DB, Windows and Linux Server). - Strong technical proficiency in administering, configuring, and troubleshooting Atlassian products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development practices is a plus.

- The Atlassian Support Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the success of clients & Atlassian deployments by providing expert guidance, technical support, and proactive maintenance services for Confluence Datacenter and Jira Cloud environments.
