DocOnline Health - Junior Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies

Position Summary : We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum who have comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, accountable for overseeing and directing the Scrum team during the adoption and implementation of the Scrum framework.

This entails planning and presiding over Scrum ceremonies, eliminating obstacles, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring strict adherence to Scrum values and principles.

Responsibilities : - Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of self-organization and accountability.

- Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals.

- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Track and report team progress, using Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and transparency.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication, both within the team and with external stakeholders.

- Configure and create dashboards in JIRA - Tracking the progress closely and publish various reports - Mentor team members on Agile best practices, helping them grow and develop their skills.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, incorporating new ideas and techniques as appropriate.

Skill Set : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Certified Scrum Master - Strong in handling scrum teams - Proficiency in Agile practices and principles, as well as the capacity to customize them to suit the requirements of the team.

- Proficient in leadership and facilitation, exhibiting the capacity to motivate and inspire teams.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to establish rapport and trust at all organizational levels.

- Strong in resolving conflicts and resolving problems, with the capacity to do so in a timely and efficient fashion.

- Work experience with Agile technologies, including but not limited to JIRA and Confluence.

- A advantage is familiarity with additional Agile frameworks, such as Kanban and Lean.

- Healthcare domain is added advantage.
