Desktop Engineering Specialist - Active Directory/Office

Responsible and Accountable for End to End Technical execution of all the phase - Anchor and lead end to end engagement in Technical front - Be the first point of contact with client and interact/work closely with Technical Architects from the client side - Should have knowledge of End user technologies like AD, Exchange, O365, MS teams and any other tools like Intune, Tanium - Deploy, maintain, and update existing application packages and images through SCCM.

- Design and develop application package based on the organization protocol using Admin Studio (e.g.

Java JRE packaging). - Take care of Vulnerabilities related to Workstations.

- Work closely with the client to establish migration roadmaps and priorities - Establish detailed migration project plans, and execute against them - Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements - Validate Discovery Report, Design and Plan the Migration and get the Sign-off from Stakeholder - Validate RUN Book and SOP's and get the sign-off from stakeholder - Set priorities, function as mentor, help with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues to management.
