Automation Test Engineer - Appium/Selenium

Role : You will have a proven track record in software development, software quality or automation engineer roles and a passion for working in collaborative Agile teams and solving quality issues at all stages of the SDLC.

Some of the skills which will make you stand out from the rest : - A solid understanding of the testing process and frameworks in an agile ecosystem and an ability to work alongside high-performing engineering teams - Experience in Cloud Native architecture testing microservices and APIs for complex applications - Demonstrable experience in Developer, SDET and Automation Engineer type roles - Champion modern best practices & techniques as related to QA and automated testing frameworks - Work with other test engineers to improve overall software quality including adherence to coding standards, testing standards, and related development practices - Hands on experience writing OOP code in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript etc.

- High exposure to API Testing and related technology ecosystems - Experience working with GUI, Web, Web Services and Mobile applications - A proven track record of solving technical problems and implementing innovative solutions - Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate in fast paced Agile teams - Best practice Test Automation with tools such as Junit, TestNG, MSTest, NUnit, XUnit, Jest, Mocha, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Xcode, Puppeteer, Cucumber, JBehave, Robot Framework, SuperTest, Postman, REST-Assured, Karate - Experience using stubbing and mocking frameworks including mountebank, wiremock or similar Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery with one or more of the following : - Jenkins - Bamboo - Codefresh - Exposure to Performance and Volume testing.

Knowledge on related tools including Jmeter/K6/Loadrunner is a plus Experience with IAC, Containers and Configuration Management tools such as : - Docker, Kubernetes, GKE - A passion for continuous improvement and quality Knowledge & Experience Required : - A University qualification (bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related qualification.

- 8 years' experience in similar software test automation position - 8 years software development industry knowledge - Knowledge on identity and authentication platform including ForgeRock is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to technical/non-technical audiences and stakeholder management - Strong time management and prioritisation (ref:hirist.tech)
