Position Overview : We are seeking a Business Consultant with experience in Business Process Consulting (BPC), specifically within IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in analyzing, designing, and optimizing ITSM processes to drive business value.
Qualifications : - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, with exposure to IT Service Management.
- Proven track record of analyzing, designing, and optimizing ITSM processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000.
- Experience working with ITSM tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Desk.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in ITSM, business analysis, or project management are a plus.
Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and ITSM requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing ITSM processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and document ITSM workflows, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on ITSM best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions as required.
- Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and ROI analysis for ITSM initiatives.
