Lead Frontend Developer - HTML5/CSS3

The Opportunity : We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Frontend Developer to join our growing team.

You will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our consumer-facing website and web applications, taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle for the front-end.

Responsibilities : - Lead the development and execution of front-end strategy for our consumer-facing website and web applications.

- Design and build clean, efficient, and reusable front-end components and systems with a focus on maintainability and scalability.

- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and back-end developers to translate user stories into actionable tasks and ensure seamless integration across the development stack.

- Drive the creation of engaging and user-centric web experiences that delight our customers.

- Conduct code reviews and participate in design reviews to ensure the quality, consistency, and maintainability of the codeba se.

- Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development by sharing best practices and providing guidance.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end technologies and trends, and explore innovative solutions to enhance user experience.

Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 2-5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a strong track record of building and leading front-end development projects.

- In-depth expertise in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or Less). - Solid understanding of React and experience with building complex React applications.

- Familiarity with browser internals and a basic grasp of the network stack.

- Working knowledge of common front-end design patterns and best practices.

- Basic understanding of application security principles and deployment techniques for front-end projects.

- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
