Job Summary

Prospect and obtain sales leads, this position is expected to travel 80-90% within the assigned service area. This position will establish strong business relationships with community partners to support markets membership growth. Will assist and aid in senior focused events as needed/requested. Position will assist assigned outreach coordinator to develop and implement strategic senior activities and event strategies to grow MA membership. Position will develop marketing strategies; identify new referral sources, producing generated leads and enrollments.

Essential Job Functions

Maintain and report accurate daily/weekly/monthly event tracking logs, and all individual productivity / enrollments through the appropriate systems (such as QuickBase).

Take daily photos of events and community engagement while out in the field.

Assist with the development of new events and activities that will contribute to engaging with seniors and senior communities.

Develop and maintain business relationships with community partners to grow and retain membership.

Produce MA leads; and provide thorough follow-up with all potential clients for enrollment efforts.

Complete a minimum of 2 events per day.

Perform all other related duties as assigned to marketing team.

Skills and Specifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Sales experience/ and or customer service

Experience working with communities and or senior population

Excellent organization skills to be able to multi-task and meet deadlines

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

Strong CRM skills

Excellent reading and writing skills

Ability to travel as required

Valid Florida license and reliable vehicle

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

Bilingual: Spanish/English preferred.

Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds.

Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 100 pounds of force.

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

Ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and/or machinery.

Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing.

Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.

Occasionally requires exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluids.

Ability to discriminate shades of color when reading a dipstick.
