Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00

Commission Structure: 12.5% Bonus Plan

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience in Casino Marketing experience

3 years managing and providing leadership

About the Role

The role of the Casino Marketing Manager encompasses overseeing the operations of the Casino Marketing department, encompassing staffing and performance management, to uphold adherence to predefined regulations, policies, and protocols. Additionally, this position entails comprehensive management of all facets within this department for the casino, tasked with achieving revenue and income targets, market share goals, and elevating customer service standards, while also crafting and implementing departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Recruits, inspires, educates, mentors, coaches, and guides departmental team members who demonstrate the ability to ignite enthusiasm.

Rewards patrons with complimentary offerings based on their gaming activity and program criteria.

Organizes guest visits, including dining and entertainment reservations, and assists guests with inquiries and special requests to ensure their utmost convenience and satisfaction.

Engages with guests through phone calls, correspondence, or personal visits to encourage repeat visits.

Provides top-tier service to ensure Team Members receive adequate leadership, support, and tools to achieve established goals.

Approves staffing schedules to optimize labor efficiency.

Maintains vigilant awareness of the latest gaming regulations, collaborating closely with regulatory bodies and internal control teams to ensure compliance with operational practices.

Stays updated on industry best practices and gaming norms.

Collaborates with key personnel across the property to exchange insights on gaming activities.

Implements effective security measures to safeguard operational integrity.

Conducts regular reviews of gaming operations to assess and enhance staffing levels, working conditions, and other factors impacting guest satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience required (casino experience preferred).

Bachelor's degree, secondary education certification, or significant experience in a related field is desirable.

An optimistic and imaginative approach often leads to success in this position.

Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional guest service in demanding environments..

Ability to obtain and sustain a gaming license is a requirement
