Reporting Structure: Reports to Customer Service Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Hospitality industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay. Your main objective will be to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers, leaving them with a lasting impression of our company.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services, amenities, and policies. Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Listen attentively to customer concerns and complaints, showing empathy and finding appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and promote upselling opportunities. Handle billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
