Finance Director

*Must be based in the UAE Must have European or US experience*Responsibilities: Conduct finance, accounting, tax, legal, authority engagement, and compliance matters at the infrastructure office in Dubai; Advise and support admin and HR matters where necessaryEnsure timely and high-quality financial report submission of the Infrastructure offices and their investment portfolio companies on a monthly basis.

Provide required analysis and reconciliationCoordinate internal audit and ensure timely closure of all findings.

Facilitate statutory audits and work closely with appointed auditors to ensure IFRS and SOX complianceWork with company corporate finance to ensure alignment on any SOX compliance preparationTogether with the Managing Director Infrastructure, support company Infrastructure board engagement and reports, as well as prepare company board materials when requiredTake the lead in project document preparation and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely updates to the stakeholdersLead project teams as required to manage functional topics, including financing, finance due diligence, tax matters, integration, etcSupport the Dubai office and portfolio companies' finance systems evaluation, implementation and integrationRegularly conduct risk reviews with the management team and recommend corresponding control measure(s) to mitigate risk pursuant to risk management principles, framework & process Qualifications University degree in Accounting / Business / Commerce /Finance(required)Strong project management experience in infrastructure or heavy capex industriesEquivalent of Chartered Accountant or CPA with big-4 experience preferredExperience with major ERP (e.g.

Oracle, SAP) and consolidation systems preferredMinimum 10 years of relevant work experienceAnalytical and logical, can articulate self wellStructured, thoughtful with a strategic mindsetDedicated and committed, with time sensitivityAbility to spar with business and support business developmentInclination to have close engagement with all functionsTiger is B Corp Certified.
