Job Overview:

The Retail Manager at Cheil Libya will lead account management and project execution within the retail sector, focusing on delivering innovative retail solutions that align with Samsung's brand values and product range. This role involves managing junior staff and serving as an internal thought leader, supporting the Account Director and Head of Retail Business.

Candidate Specifications:

Nationality: Libyan

Language Proficiency: Excellent English Language Skills

Experience: Extensive Experience in the Retail Field

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Manage senior-level client relationships.

Build strategic partnerships across categories and brands.

Develop best practices in client servicing and share knowledge with the management team.

Project Management

Set strategic directions with in-depth expert knowledge.

Manage schedules, crisis control, and agency collaborations.

Construct team structures to meet client objectives.

New Business Development

Lead client development plans for key relationships.

Propose budget expansions and identify client needs.

Oversee all financial reporting within the business unit.
