Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Counsel at Optimize Wealth Management located in Toronto, ON.

The General Counsel will be responsible for handling corporate legal issues, providing legal and strategic advice, while helping the firm navigate and ensure compliance with securities law.

The General Counsel will play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations and continued growth.

Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Corporate, Litigation, and Securities Law Experience in handling Regulatory and Compliance matters Experience with creating Securities Offering Documents Ability to provide sound legal and strategic advice to stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills High Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant legal qualifications and certifications
