Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tasting Menu Chef at Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar Inc.

located in Saint John, NB.

The Tasting Menu Chef will be responsible for creating and executing innovative and high-quality tasting educational menus with sturgeon and caviar for pre-booked groups up to 40 people, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests.

Qualifications Preferable experience as a Chef or Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of different cooking techniques and ingredients Ability to create and present visually appealing and innovative tasting menus Attention to detail and strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Passion for food and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred Knowledge of sturgeon and caviar is a plus Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general understanding of the responsibilities and requirements of the role.
