JOB SUMMARY Provide business development and research support to a senior level Industrial brokerage team.

Build business by identifying and selling prospects.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Responsible for making cold calls daily.

Maintain and expand company database of prospects/properties within your assigned territories.

Team up with existing clients and partners to build pipeline.

Oversee the collection and analysis of statistical data from outside sources.

Responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of market research data through internal and outside sources.

Research and provide market information using CoStar, and other real estate information resources.

Maintain the market data integrity used in the research function, which includes overseeing data collection, data input/verification and review by salespeople.

Utilize internal tools to research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest.

Source business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.

Remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

Required Skills & Experience: Ontario Real Estate License (preferred) University degree of work experience equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.

Ability to effectively present information.

Ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of data.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.

Possess a positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
