Your new role In your new roles as a Senior Interior Designer your focus will be on interior design development for new-build and renovation projects.

You will be experienced in interior design for hospitality, including restaurant and hotel environments and key duties will include leading interior design development for new-build and renovation projects.

Providing interior design expertise, developing comprehensive drawing sets, and creating integrated interior specification documents.

Champion a commitment to and ongoing development of brand-standardized interior design packages.

You will also ensure that properties conform to our uniformly high standards and are current with relevant product selections.

The successful candidate will manage multiple interior design projects; prepare and monitor interior budgets and schedules; organize and participate in design and construction meetings; integrate and communicate interior design information across inter-departmental and site-based project teams.

What you'll need to succeed minimum of 7+ years of experience in Hotel and Restaurant Interior Design as well as have 2+ years of experience in a Senior Designers' role.

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a similar design-related field.

Additional experience in Hotel and Restaurant Interior Design is an asset.

IDC, RID, and/or NCIDQ preferred.

Strong competence in technical interior design programming and contract document development, including development of plan sets, specifications, calculations, and application of industry standards.

AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office skills.
