Job: Quality Control Lead -QA/QC - Plastics/ Polymers/ Adhesives (finished good inventory) Location: North York - Concord, ON area Base Salary: 60K-65K Bonus, Health Benefits Full Time Permanent 3-4 days a week in office Our client is a leading importer of office supplies and adhesives and has a job open for Quality Lead - Adhesives to manage supplier quality, factories SOPs and Best Practices.

This is a full-time permanent job in Brampton- Concord- North York, ON area and will accommodate hybrid 3 days minimum in office.

There is minimal international travel.

Quality Control Lead - Adhesives is a hands-on role responsible for Quality systems at the global supplier sites . You will establish Quality Standards, SOPs, Best Practices, review and approve supplier internal processes, their quality manuals and documentation.

You will ensure all factory audits are performed as per customer requirements.

You will support sales and New Product Introduction by verifying product specs, lab results and upload all information on the internal portals.

You will verify chemical compositions and ensure compliance as per spec.

You will create CAPA procedures and corrective actions in case of default.

You will ensure packaging label contains all information as per Canadian compliance and regulatory requirements, proof read and approve artwork Quality Control Lead - Adhesives will preferably have experience in product and process quality in plastics polymers adgesives glues and similar formulations, a Bachelors degree / diploma in Science / familiarity with chemistry helps.

Preferred with experience in adhesives, composition, labels, testing and compliance.

Experience in managing supplier quality of overseas factories is a MUST.

CAPA, laboratory hands on experience is an asset.

Strong skills on MS Excel, Power Point and other MS office products is a MUST have.
