Senior US Tax Counsel

Seeking Senior US Tax Counsel practicing in the United States or internationally, preferably with a LL.M.

in Taxation, to work for an award-winning, nationally regarded tax accountancy and legal firm in Alberta.

This is a leadership role and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on US tax law and cross-border transactions, keeping up-to-date on complex tax entities, issues and strategies to mitigate tax obligations and maximize wealth in a client-centric office.
