Job Overview:

The Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer will be working with a well formed team to develop solutions for our CARE transformation program integrating with Omnichannel.

Responsibilities:

Hands on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience for MSD Customer Service module.

Design business processes and integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and other applications include telephony software, chat and other channels.

Work independently with Business Partners, Technology Architects, Product Managers and Product Owners to shape ideas and requirements into applications following industry standard guidelines for code/database maintenance and performance.

Hands on experience with Azure functions and Power Apps.

Accountable for software development lifecycle – optimize it, tackle inefficiency and reduce waste.

5 to 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics platform with

2+ full cycle of Dynamics CRM implementations

3+ years in an Agile environment

Tooling Experience Required: Power Platform, Azure Portal, MS Visual Studio, Microsoft TFS, Azure DevOps, JIRA

Core Competencies:

Strong understanding of cloud implementation, awareness/knowledge with PaaS/IaaS cloud-native applications.

Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and be a strong team player.

Strong work ethic and self-motivated.

Should have a good sense for Code Architecture and Design Principles.

Obstacle remover, quick decision maker.

Preferences:

Experience in upgrading CRM Dynamics to a major release version.

Hands on experience in Model Driven App & Azure Function development.

Experience of leading/working through SDLC processes for 5 or more projects.

Exposure to Omnichannel integration.

Microsoft Dynamics certified

Pay Range: $103,360-$155,040/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
