We are currently seeking an Oracle HCM Data Integration Developer for our client in the Engineering domain. Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Hopkins, MN

Role: Oracle HCM Data Integration Developer

Primary Skills: Human Capital Management (HCM)

Role Description: The Oracle HCM Data Integration Developer must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Required Skills:

- Oracle Applications Development (P3-Advanced)

- Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) (P3-Advanced)

- English (B1 - Proficient)

Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (College/University)

- 100% Virtual, No on-site requirements

- Must be experienced in integration developer in Oracle HCM Cloud to complete our deliverables; however, healthcare experience is not required.

Must Have Skills:

- HCM Extracts/Data Model/HDL

- Oracle Integration Cloud

- PaaS – PL/SQL

- 5+ years of experience required for each skill.

Nice to Have Skills:

- Oracle BICC Extract

- Oracle OTBI or BIP

- Oracle VBCS

- Ability to design and build data integrations end-to-end for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Skill Requirements in order of priority:

- Expertise in Oracle HCM and associated data model for Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor; Ability to create technical design and solutioning for complex HCM integrations

- Ability to create complex HCM queries and PL/SQL package in Oracle PaaS

- Knowledge of various Oracle HCM technical functionalities including but not limited to – HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, BICC Extracts

- Skilled in building integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) as middleware with data transformations

Education: Any/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
