Description:

The responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to, the following:

Maintain inventory stock levels as well as ordering all warehouse inventory.

Maintaining warehouse locations.

Creating and analyzing spreadsheets on center and administrative offices supply usage.

Helping automate department procedures.

Researching the possibilities of new products as well as negotiating contract pricing with various vendors.

Organizing and maintaining records relating to purchasing expenditures, cost fluctuations, expiration dates, and reorder points.

Training inventory personnel and assisting with new center openings as needed.

Operating warehouse equipment (i.e forklift, pallet jack, etc...)

Assisting with inventory shipping, receiving, and stocking.

Responding to purchasing questions and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

Process and fill center supply orders.

Assisting the Supply Chain Manager and the Purchasing Manager with projects as needed.

Minimum education requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

Bachelor's degree preferred;

Must be 18 years of age or older;

High school graduate or equivalent;

Experience in Purchasing, Inventory, or a related business environment preferred;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational skills;

Must have strong computer skills and analytical skills;

Ability to properly handle confidential information;

Ability to prioritize and deal with multiple tasks at one time;

Must be able to lift moderate to heavy items (25-50 lbs.);

Ability to travel days and stay overnight when needed;

Able to work primarily Monday through Friday, and occasionally at night and on the weekends.
