This position is remotely based. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:

Manage data mapping and data integrity

Detail oriented to identify anomalies in data

Manage daily and historical data integrity of customer data transmissions

Identify issues that arise within the data

Normalize data from various data sources using priority software to present an aggregated and standardized view for customers

Participate in team projects

Work well with other team members

Manage individual tasks and objectives for projects

Meet deadlines and identify any potential shortfalls ahead of time

Identify opportunities for process improvement

Document internal processes

Communicate information between internal and external customers

Coordinate efforts with internal teams to validate data and exchange information

Deliver high level external customer service satisfaction

About you:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent / similar work experience

Foodservice product knowledge / experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail

Ability to stay focused on large sets of data with minimal supervision

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Critical thinking – information analysis / evaluation
