Branch Manager

Branch Manager - Kempton Park, JHB – R50 000 Per Month Transport company is looking for a Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive oversight of all business aspects, including the workshop, operations, and personnel.

Ensure deadlines are met, work is completed to high standards, and discipline is administered promptly.

Demonstrate strong conflict management skills and a commitment to fairness in all dealings.

Motivate and inspire team members, leading by example to earn their respect.

Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12 certificate.

10+ years of managerial experience, including staff supervision.

Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Valid Code B driver’s license and RSA citizenship.

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication abilities.

Experience in operations and financial reporting.

Advantageous Qualifications: Relevant formal qualification.

Experience with CCMA cases.

Proficiency in advanced business reporting.

Management experience across diverse industries.
