Mechanical Fitter Assessor & Moderator

Mechanical Fitter – Assessor & Moderator - Goodwood, Cape Town – Salary Depends on Experience Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and prepare teaching materials and learning outcomes.

Assess and moderate student performance.

Provide student support.

Handle administrative tasks.

Deliver quality training in various areas.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance.

Evaluate training effectiveness regularly.

Assist learners with understanding.

Prepare and update training reports.

Process documents accurately and timely.

Qualifications: Relevant NQF 5+ qualification.

Millwright Trade Test and PLC fault-finding skills (Red Seal). Assessor and Moderator certification (NQF Level 4). Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and able to weld.

Experience: 2-3 years of facilitating experience.

Experience in leadership assessment.

Familiarity with legislative and quality assurance requirements.
