Software Engineer (011241)

Develop and implement customized Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions and applications that rely on cloud-development platforms, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing cloud-based online and payroll solutions. Develop integration solutions for both internal and external services and conduct architectural analysis of solutions. Solutions could include highly custom internal or client-proprietary technologies, methodologies, and services. Design, build, deploy, migrate, and maintain business applications and critical infrastructure within the AWS Cloud, in accordance with specific business requirements. Conduct architectural analysis and develop integration solutions for both internal and external services. Operate within the full product lifecycle, spanning from wireframes and database models through to UI/UX development. Implement and configure application functionality, including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic to meet the requirements of clients. Collaborate with software development engineers to fully automate application testing and provide valuable feedback to internal teams. Serve as the primary resource for the development and support of new and existing systems on cloud-development platforms applying expertise in heightened security, fallback integration, and accessibility design techniques in both on-premise and cloud environments. Take ownership of overall application solution architecture on projects related to cloud computing, cloud migrations, and AWS management support. Implement and configure application functionality, encompassing user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and complex logic to meet client requirements. Develop scripts for system and application installation and configuration of AWS solutions, leveraging proficiency in MS Windows and Linux administration and various scripting languages, including Perl, Bash, Python, Ruby, and PowerShell. Contribute to the development of a robust IT architecture integration framework and continuously reviewing and improving existing systems by embracing new technologies and methodologies.

Requires two years of experience as a Software Engineer developing solutions on AWS Cloud architecture and their integration with vendor cloud and on-premise systems. Also requires development participation on at least 1 full-cycle HCM implementation project, with a focus on integration using AWS with a serverless architecture. U.S. Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in any field.
