What You’ll Be Doing

Sort incoming digital faxes

Upload documents to patient charts

Assign documents to appropriate associates

Assign results to the ordering provider

Other duties as assigned.

What We Expect from You

High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

Minimum two years of administrative experience, including one year with a health care organization.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.
