Industrial Painter/Powder Coater (2nd Shift)

Hourly Rate: $20.00/HR A well-established hand tool manufacturer located in Canton is seeking an Industrial Paint/Powder Coater.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required.

2 years' experience required.

Must have a valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation.

2nd shift, 3:00 pm 1:30 am Monday Thursday Must be dependable and self-motivating with a stable work history.

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Must be able to lift to 50lbs.

Mobility requirements: bending, kneeling, standing, walking, reaching) DUTIES: Paint or powder coat surfaces of manufactured metal products with wet paint or powder using spray gun.

Sets up industrial washer for cleaning parts.

Loads parts on conveyor.

Mix coating, liquid to desired color, or pour powder into hopper.

Sets baking oven to specified temperature to properly bake paint or powder.

Checks parts after baking to ensure correct paint thickness using mil thickness gage.

Removes parts from conveyor and de-masks as required.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
