Position Purpose:

The Specialist - Talent Acquisition will source candidates, paper screen resumes, pre-screen candidates, facilitate assessments, perform TA interviews, endorse for Ops interviews, endorse for offers, recruitment admin tasks, maintain recruiting trackers and complete other tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Job Requirements:

Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts

Assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews

Assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events

Will create postings and run reports out of our Applicant Tracking System

Coordinate background checks through our Background Screening Vendor, notify appropriate personnel of each new-hires onboarding progress and schedule new employee orientation classes

Qualifications:

Must have at least 1-2 years of solid IT full-cycle US recruitment experience.

Strong grasp of Boolean string and other sourcing strategies.

Firm understanding of ITIL and IT Life Cycle

Must be familiar with different IT roles and responsibilities

Must be knowledgeable with different tax status in the US

Able to formulate own sets of qualifying questionnaires as needed.

Must be able to work following US timezone and holidays.

Must be able to work from home - PC provided, must have stable internet connection.

Excellent English communication skills

Volume recruitment experience is a plus.
