Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and managing files and records and other procedures at a proficient level.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible with working overtime to complete deadlines.
Willing to work onsite
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving.
Willing to work in Pasig City
Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the office
Collate and distribute mail.
Perform administrative duties
Resolving client requests, and queries effectively and efficiently.
Customs entry compliance
Monitoring and reporting Clients on billing.
Creating billing sheets for freight according to client tariffs and SLA's
