Technical Support Engineer

JAV Resource Corporation is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in Olongapo City. We provide remote back office support to our clients from pre-installation to post-installation of solar panels.

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible in providing technical assistance and resolving issues regarding solar panels, batteries and inverters of our valued customers. He/She performs troubleshooting and resolving technical issues remotely with the end-goal of providing high-end customer service and client satisfaction.

If you are:

Licensed Electrical Engineer (EE), Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE)

Proficient in English written and oral communication skills

With work experience as Technical Support in a BPO Company is an advantage

With working knowledge in solar panels, inverters and batteries is a deal breaker

Willing to relocate to Olongapo City
