1. Project Coordinator

Ensuring project deadlines are met.

Determining project changes.

Providing administrative support as needed.

Undertaking project tasks as required.

Developing project strategies.

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Collaboration with site installation leadman / supervisor / subcon with regards to site issues / concern.

2. Safety

Knowledge in Industrial Safety;

Participates in safety meetings, trainings and seminars; and

Disseminates safety measures relevant to warehouse, production and installation activities

3. Reports to be Submitted

Daily Project status / update.

Weekly Project Monitoring.

Copy of Backload Monitoring for project

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Graduate, preferably Engineering or Architecture Graduate, License not required, but would be an advantage.

Three (3) years experience in related field

Willing to work in Calamba Plant

SKILLS:

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

·Ability to work on tight deadlines, and other administrative procedures.
