Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Handle payment processing for services and maintain accurate record of transactions
Respond to the inquiries and complaints of the guests
Maintain a neat and presentable front desk.
Take all incoming calls, transfer them, or hold the line for messages.
Maintain up-to-date records and files.
Take on other responsibilities as assigned (schedules, etc.)
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, business administration, or a related field
Preferably, residing in or near Pamplona
At least six months of experience as a front office associate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Problem-solving skills
Customer service-oriented
Willing to be trained
Willing to be assigned in Pamplona, Camarines Sur
