E-COMMERCE AND SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

The E-commerce & Social Media Specialist is responsible for implementing marketing programs to achieve set organization objectives. The specialist will be responsible for customer relations through different web platforms, coordination for the fulfillment of orders and handling social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product and online-selling-related queries in social media (Facebook, Viber) and online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and the like.

• Monitoring the day-to-day activity in online communities and market places and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, and increasing website traffic and sales.

• Supports online marketing activities including online advertising, campaigns and emails to develop product awareness.

• Remain knowledgeable on products offered, and discuss options or suggestions with customers when necessary.

• Fulfill online sales orders across online sales platforms and coordinated order fulfillment.

• Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. This may include graphics, photos, videos, and written content that highlight our brand and products.

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

• Assist in planning, executing and improving content and social media marketing efforts.

• Use analytical tools to review campaigns and channels to progress and maximize the success rate;

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related course.

• With at least 1 year of work experience as a Social Media/ E-commerce Specialist or similar role.

• Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

• Experience in Social Media Platforms (Meta)

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Willing to work in Quezon City.
