ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. forecasting, budgeting etc;

Responsible for day to day finance and accounting operations;

Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts;

Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls;

Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission;

Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries;

Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis;

Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up;

Support CFO in ensuring that company cost allocations are in line with management policies and procedures;

Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns;

Financial Statement preparation.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy. CPA is an advantage;

At least 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting/Finance Manager is required for this position;

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments;

Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company;

Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company's records and invoices

Above average skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, or any accounting system;

Amenable to work in San Miguel Manila (near TIP Manila and Malacañang Palace).
