Office Sales Associate

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven sales experience in Paints, Lighting, Tiles and or equivalent industry

· Hands-on experience and after sales experience

· With 1-4 years’ sales experience in same industry or equivalent

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

· Required skill(s): MS Excel and MS Word

· Vacancies will be assigned in: Mandaluyong City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.

· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis among existing and prospective clients.

· Maintain good business relationships among clients.

· Generate leads to develop more clients and business.

· Conduct cold calls and site/client visits.

· Assist clients with their orders, concerns, and other purchase-related needs.

· Submit daily productivity and weekly sales reports.

· Gather data on customer needs, competitive activities, market conditions, and other pertinent information needed to achieve business objectives.

· Consult with the Office Sales Manager regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.
