Take ownership of successful customer delivery

As a Project Management Specialist - Project Planning, you will be responsible for flawless project execution through effective coordination of activities and resources. You will contribute to innovative technology injection projects in a complex and interesting technical environment. You will ensure every detail is meticulously planned to deliver successful projects to our customers.

As a Project Management Specialist - Project Planning, you will be responsible for:

Issuing the Project Schedule (First Plan) agreed with OTR functions which is the baseline that sets target dates for the activities for Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing

Updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, to assess and verify the progress, identify current or possible future risks, and propose solutions to issues.

Maintaining and regularly communicating to the Planning Coordinator the progress & main schedule risks for each project as well as ensuring full data quality of baseline and current versions of the plan.

Supporting the Project Manager with all necessary elements to issue the Monthly Report according to contractual requirements.

Collaborating with Sourcing Fulfillment and Manufacturing logistics teams, support the shipping process by Shipping Sales Order generation.

Demonstrating organizational leadership and ownership of key metrics and operational activities, as needed.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Planning/Supply chain.

Have experience in managing large-scale, complex projects within an energy, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

Be familiar with managing projects in an environment with complex supply chains and supply chain teams.

Be familiar with planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and planning theory to manage and interpret project plans.

Be detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.

Be self-motivated to deliver to deadlines with a flexible approach to problem-solving without compromising detail or quality.

Have an analytical mind to be able to understand analytics and be able to suggest improvements.
