Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 15+

Qualification: MBA / CA-completed

Salary: Based on current salary

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals

Manage the finance team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial performance

Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making

Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

Collaborate with other senior executives to develop and execute overall business strategy

Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations

Qualifications:

Master degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CA preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
